Rain was normal for this city this time of year. In the winter, Seattle didn't see much snow. When it did, the city seemed to shut down. It wasn't too surprising as the hills were treacherous even in the rain. Akahito was bundled up tightly against the strong wind that the buildings tunneled onto the populace from the sound.
