Ability Name: Shadow: Offense Power/Parameter: Shikai Flavor Description: Using nearby shadows which are absorbed into Zephyrin's Zanpakto, they are used to attack opponents in physical form such as shockwaves, projectiles or more powerful attacks, each varying in power. Mechanical Description: 20% Budo Drawback: Absorbing shadows has a varying charge time based on the power of the following attacks. 3 turn cooldown if used while moving. One while stationary. So you use the shadows to attack your opponent physically? Just wanna make sure I understand this right.
For your drawback, I have a simple idae.
3 turn cooldown if you move. 1 turn cooldown if you don't move. This means you can't dodge, you have to stand your ground against attacks, but since that can be dangerous, I think it balances it out.

Ability Name:Shadow:Defence Power/Parameter:Shikai Flavor Description:Using nearby shadows, Zephyrin can block incoming projectiles using walls of physical darkness. Mechanical Description:20% Koudu Drawback: Barriers can break depending on the power of the projectile and the amount of shadows used to put the barriers up. Black Commandment makes Zephyrins' Zanpakto burst into black fire. The attack starts once he lands a blow. No matter the severity of the wound, the mark begins glowing black even though the sword is no longer in contact with the body. After this, an area the size of the wound first inflicted cuts even farther into the opponents body until it is then glowing on the other side. After this the wound makes a sharp ringing noise and engulfs the opponent in a deadly ball of black and blue fire. 20% Heikei is not that much. This sounds like a finisher ability and you have it giving 3 fatigue counters with a one time use. I think somewhere around 35-40% would be fair.
